Custom Artwork Terms & Refunds

Before we begin

Your portrait is a personalised service that results in custom digital content. Please check the selected number of pets and send clear reference photos with your order number.

By sending your photos, you ask Kiock to begin the personalised work before the end of any applicable cancellation period. If you cancel after work has begun, we may retain a proportionate amount for work already completed, where permitted by law.

Digital delivery

No physical product is supplied. Finished JPG and PNG files are sent to the email address connected with your order, normally within 5–7 working days after suitable photos are received.

Changes and problems

One minor revision is included. If the files are faulty, not as described, or we have made an error, contact kiock.co.uk@gmail.com so we can put it right.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If work has not started, we will cancel and refund the order. Once personalised work has begun or final digital content has been supplied at your request, change-of-mind cancellation rights may be reduced or end, depending on applicable law and the stage of the order.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.

Personal use

Your purchase includes personal-use rights. Copyright and commercial-use rights are not transferred unless agreed separately in writing.
