Is this a physical print?

No. Your purchase is a personalised digital artwork. No frame or printed item will be posted.

What files will I receive?

You will receive high-resolution JPG and PNG files suitable for personal printing and digital use.

How long does it take?

Your finished files are normally emailed within 5–7 working days after we receive usable photos.

Can you include more than one pet?

Yes. One pet costs £15 and each additional pet adds £5. Options for up to five pets are available on the product page.

Do the pets need to be in one photo?

No. Separate photographs are welcome.

Can you draw animals other than dogs and cats?

Yes. We can work from a clear reference photo of most pets. Contact us first if you are unsure.

Can I request changes?

One minor revision is included. A different source photo, pose or composition is treated as a new artwork.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

The standard purchase is for personal use only. Please contact us before ordering if you need commercial rights.
