A better photo makes a better portrait

You do not need a professional photograph. A clear phone photo is perfect when it follows these tips:

• Photograph your pet in bright, natural light.
• Take the photo at your pet’s eye level.
• Keep the face, ears and distinctive markings visible.
• Use the original image rather than a screenshot or social-media download.
• Avoid heavy filters, blur and very dark shadows.

More than one pet?

The pets do not need to appear in the same photograph. Send one strong photo of each pet and we will compose them together.
